The Barry Burn Flood Prevention Scheme in Carnoustie consists of grassed/vegetated flood banks. To maintain full flood efficiency of the scheme we require to cut the grass/vegetation on the top and sides of the banks. Most of the areas are vehicle accessible, however, there are some areas that will require the use of strimmers.
