Muirhouse Housing Association; Grounds Maintenance Services

Muirhouse Housing Association Limited (‘MHA’) wishes to appoint a single supplier to provide grounds maintenance services. The project duration is anticipated to be ’3 + 1 + 1’, i.e. over an overall duration of 5 years. Each phase shall be awarded as single contract and award of further phases will be subject to MHA assessment of contractor performance. There is no entitlement to automatic award of any further phases.
