Communal Window Replacement Contract

The works comprise the removal and replacement of existing tenement stairwell windows within 2-storey and 3-storey blocks of flats with new double glazed windows along with ancillary works for joinerwork finishings internally around window ingoes, painting to the joinerwork finishings around ingoes and silicone pointing around window frames externally and internally; cement render repairs at the window ingoes. Total of 91nr windows to be replaced and repairs to be carried out to 3nr existing sash and case windows.
