Eden Campus - CARES Funded Option Apraisal

This is a brief for a consultant to undertake an options appraisal exercise encompassing the use of low carbon technologies, energy efficiency, infrastructure development and carbon reduction activities for the University of St Andrews. The options appraisal is to be undertaken for the University of St Andrews for the Eden Campus site at Guardbridge, referred to as ‘location’ within the remainder of the ITT and more fully defined in Section 2: Summary of the Project.
