Pitskelly Park car park, Carnoustie, is to be resurfaced in a combination of asphalt and permeable paving. New lighting, drainage, road markings, kerbing, cycle shelter, bin store and footway are also included. A new asphalt footway is to be constructed on part of Pitskelly Road and a new quarry dust footpath through Pitskelly Park.
