The Prior Information Notice (PIN) is for a proposed renewal framework for the supply and delivery of bitumen and associated products available to all councils in Scotland and Scotland Excel Associate Members. It is anticipated that the scope of the supplies covered under the framework will include, but not be limited to, bulk bitumen, reinstatement products, surface dressings, mortars and cementitious products, and sundries.
