Tender for Main Street/Academy Street/Church Street (Coatbridge) Town Centre Regeneration Development, Options Appraisal & Planning Design/Application

North Lanarkshire Council is developing proposals to acquire a derelict site on Main Street, Coatbridge and surrounding properties to allow a cohesive town centre residential development to be taken forward and address the failure of the market to redevelop this site. Conservation Accreditation is a necessary condition for this project. Furthermore, the project architect must be the lead designer, no sub-contracting of this aspect will be considered.
