Open Space Maintenance

3.1. The works in this contract comprises of the upkeep and regular maintenance of communal open space areas for which Abertay Housing Association has the responsibility to keep in a neat and tidy condition and to promote and control growth throughout the year in accordance with relevant standards and specifications. This does not generally include any work to private gardens but it may be required in certain cases
