Highland Employability Pipeline Third Sector Challenge Fund

Highland Council would like to invite Challenge Fund applications from a number of Third Sector Service Providers to deliver a package of Specialist Employability Support Services to enable unemployed people to progress along the Strategic Skills Pipeline.
