This procurement is for the appointment of a Principal Contractor for the construction of extensions to three Early Learning and Childcare Centres (ELLCs) within the Renfrewshire Council area. It is envisaged that the extensions will be formed at: - Inchinnan Primary School, Inchinnan - St Margaret’s Primary School, Johnstone - Kilbarchan Primary School, Kilbarchan All facilities are programmed for delivery in August 2020. The ELCC at Inchinnan includes for demolition of the existing facility.
