ERC seeks to appoint a single contractor to undertake an external wall insulated render system and the re-roofing of properties as part of the EWI programme 2019-20. The estimated works value (excluding fees) is in the region of 750,000 GBP however this may increase or decrease. Should extra money become available then ERC reserves the right to spend up to a further 250,000 GBP.
