PROC18/19-725 - Estates Professional Serivces for the Creation of a Revised Estates Strategy
The Authority required to appoint a Contractor to create a revised Police Scotland Estates Strategy and associated implementation plan. The Contractor is required to deliver a number of services in relation to the development and ultimate delivery of a revised Estates Strategy which will now be fully aligned to Police Scotland’s “Policing 2026 – Serving A Changing Scotland” Strategy. In addition, an associated Implementation Plan is required to deliver the objectives and recommendations laid out in that Strategy.
