Provision of Market Research for User Satisfaction Survey
The Scottish Police Authority (known as the SPA) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified research agency to conduct a user satisfaction survey. The SPA have a current survey which is conducted and analysed internally. Work has been ongoing recently to review and refresh the survey question set to make them more relevant and streamline the survey. The successful tenderer will be required to work in partnership with the current SPA team to develop and deliver the updated user satisfaction survey.
