Quotations are invited for the supply of consultancy services in relation to the creation of the Improvement plan for south Aberdeenshire harbours, namely Stonehaven, Johnshaven & Gourdon. The work will involve consultation with harbour users and stakeholders, assessment of the current uses and functionality of the harbours and options appraisal of potential projects which would benefit the harbour users, Aberdeenshire Council and the local community
