Bilbohall Infrastructure Design

The Bilbohall Consortium is comprised of the three developer/landowners involved in the proposed housing development at Bilbohall in Elgin. The developers are:  Moray Council  Scotia Homes  Grampian Housing Association The Consortium wishes to appoint a multi-disciplinary Design Team to secure detailed planning consent for a number of sites at Bilbohall.
