Supported Living Project

We are looking for a provider to support two young men (school leavers) with Learning Disabilities in a planned shared supported tenancy. Both require 24/7 support. One will be attending Perth College on a full time basis, 4 days per week during term time and Corbenic for the 5th day per week. Day service will increase from 1 day during term time to up to 5 days during the 18 weeks of college holidays.
