The contractor will: 1) Identify and target audiences/potential partners to extend the reach of activity with this live streaming contract. 2) Create five short films based on pre-selected subjects, using themes from the CHARTS Brand (2-3mins). 3) Record and live stream a set programme within the Showcase Event on 14th September 2019. 4) Evaluate the impact of live streaming and deliver a Live Streaming Best Practice Report.
