East Lothian Council requires a provider to deliver housing support services (not including tenancy management) to care experienced young people in accommodation provided by East Lothian Council. The service provider will also work with partner organisations to recruit and support 'peer flatmates' to live with the care experienced young people. This is a three year pilot project.
