Provision of an IT Resource Service, with ongoing capability to meet the NRS technology vision of one IT environment supporting all NRS business services. The Service Provider shall manage a fully functioning, best practice range of standard environments with all policies, procedures and documentation required to ensure security compliance, whilst maintaining the operational live environment for the business. The Service Provider shall also assist with new programmes / initiatives as required by NRS.
