A fully operational Domestic Fire and Carbon Monoxide Detection system shall be provided within domestic accommodation in compliance with BS5839-6: 2013, Grade ‘D’, Category ‘LD2’ for general housing and ‘LD1’ for wheelchair & amenities housing. The contractor shall design, install, test and certify the Fire and Carbon monoxide detection system within each domestic property covering all rooms or areas that present a high risk of fire and all circulation areas that form part of the escape route.
