The works comprise Ground Investigation Works within the operational Port of Grangemouth with a likely scope of: 19 No. Cable Percussive boreholes with soil coring (wireline) follow-on to a maximum depth of 115m bgl. Potentially 2 No. Rotary cored follow-on borehole to obtain 30m or rock core to approximate final of 80m bgl. 11 No. CPTs to maximum depth of 100m bgl. 5 No. trial pits through existing defences to a maximum depth of 3m bgl.
