Core and Cluster Support Services

The contract will provide flexible community care and support provision to 5 adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder / Learning Disabilities and associated complexities residing within West Lothian in a Core and Cluster living environment (the contract focuses on the development of the ‘core’ element of the Service).
