Condition Surveys Dumfries and Galloway Council

Dumfries and Galloway Council is undertaking an OJEU tender exercise in order to put in place a contract for a single supplier to act as a survey partner to undertake condition surveys on an instruction basis. The condition surveys will comprise a survey of public buildings in terms of external and internal fabric and M&E services. Timescales in relation to this opportunity have been shorted inline with relevant regulations due to the publication of Prior Information Notice.
