Housing Support Service Young People

Provision of an outcomes focused housing support service for twenty four young people, providing for around twenty six weeks of support for up to ten hours per week, per individual within a supported accommodation setting. Supported individuals needs and inputs will vary as they progress through their individual journeys. Young people will typically be aged 16-26 years of age, who are homeless or at the risk of being homeless.
