Provision of a Planned and Reactive Property Maintenance Service

The Council seeks to engage a single contractor to carry out the provision of a planned and reactive property maintenance and minor works service to non-domestic properties throughout East Ayrshire. The contract will cover all types of traditional and multi-trade repair and maintenance works orders to Council-owned schools (excluding PPP schools), offices and other public buildings, and other properties where the Council has a duty to maintain, within the boundaries of East Ayrshire Council.
