Provision of Tenants Household Contents Insurance

The Council is seeking a Contractor who will undertake to enter into contracts for household contents insurance with Tenants who have confirmed, in writing, that they will pay individual premiums on a weekly or monthly basis to the Council's rent office. The term “Tenants” shall mean any individual residing in property owned by the Council for which they pay a fixed rent to the Council, on a weekly or monthly basis.
