For the Purchase, Maintenance and Repair of Heavy Vehicles and Plant The DPS is a two stage process. There is no intention by the Council to limit the minimum and maximum number of suppliers. In the initial setup stage all suppliers who meet the selection criteria and are not excluded must be admitted to the DPS.
