Parkhead Housing Association Ltd. - Framework Agreement for Gutter Cleaning & Minor Roof Repairs

The work comprises the routine cleaning of gutters and associated minor roofing repair works for a five year period commencing 1st November 2016 until 31st October 2021. Additional properties may also be incorporated into the Contract at the Association’s discretion. Also, through ‘Right to Buy’ Legislation, some properties may be omitted from the contract. The Contractor will not be compensated for any reduction or addition in the number of houses in the contract.
