The Scottish Ministers wish to award a Framework Agreement for the provision of Media Services. The Framework will be tendered over two Lots, with a single Contractor appointed to each Lot. The Authority is seeking to appoint a single Contractor per Lot, who will be in a position to provide these Media Services via a web based portal.
