North Lanarkshire Council wishes to establish a contract for the provision of servicing & maintenance support to cover the Council’s BEMS (Building Energy Management Systems) network to include 80 existing systems across the North Lanarkshire Council Estate including North Lanarkshire Leisure properties and a further 58 new systems proposed over the contract term.
