Maintenance of Flexible HD Video Choledochoscopes

Swansea Bay University Health Board is renewing the maintenance contract for the flexible video choledochoscopes utilised across the Health Board. The original equipment manufacturer (OEM) is Karl Storz Endoscopy (UK) ltd, and is a thin, bendable medical instrument with a tiny camera on the end used to view and treat the inside of the bile ducts during surgery. The contract provides comprehensive cover for all devices, across the 3-year period, utilising NHS Supply Chain framework reference 2021/S000-021535.
