S4C wishes to enter into one or more contract(s) for the following services. Tenders are being invited for one or more individual Lots (contracts). The Services are divided into the following Lots (contracts): Lot 1 - S4C’s Subtitling Service; Lot 2 - S4C’s Audio Description Service; and Lot 3 - S4C’s On-Screen Signing (BSL) Service.
