Pavilion removal & New build

Old St Mellons Community Council is seeking to engage suitably experienced contractors in relation to the removal of the existing pavilion at Ty’r Winch Playing Fields and the construction of a new community pavilion. The project will include the safe demolition and removal of the existing structure, site preparation and the construction and completion of a new purpose-built pavilion to provide improved facilities for community, sporting and recreational use.
