Replacement of Rainscreen Cladding Mountain Halls Sugarloaf, Student Accommodation Treforest Campus

The University of South Wales (USW) has appointed a contractor to remove and replace the existing rainscreen cladding and support system. Works to include removal of existing rainscreen cladding, support system, membrane, and the installation of new membrane, aluminium support fixings, fire strips and rainscreen cladding. The tender was conducted as a mini competition through Lot 8 (External Wall Works) of the Pretium Building and Fire Safety Framework F19.
