Replacement EOL Telecommunications Server Hardware
The Telecommunications team identified a requirement to replace the ageing call recording system currently in place that has been out of support and maintenance for some time as a standalone solution. Moving to the Mitel integrated recording system allows us to use existing licences while improving compatibility and functionality. This will need to be awarded to Wavenet as they support and manage the Health Board’s Mitel VOIP phone system
