The tender was to undertake any repairs to the external cladding and re-painting of the external elevations of Venue Cymru, Llandudno, Conwy.Description:Setting up of site compounds, scaffolding etc.Inspection of existing render/plaster/cladding;Remediation of any damages, cracks, holes, spalling, flaking etc.;Preparation of surfaces for painting (walls, doors, window frames);Painting of selected elevations including doors, window frames etc.;Possible capping details (dependant upon inspections).
