Floating Wetland - plant nutrient biomass research

The North Wales Rivers Trust (NWRT) is a river restoration charity covering the rivers and lakes of Gwynedd, Anglesey, Conwy, and Denbighshire. In June, NWRT installed a large 330 m2 floating wetland at Llyn Maelog, NW Anglesey, as part of a long-term project to reduce eutrophication and associated algae blooms.
