The current transient absorption spectrometer (TAS) in the Centre for Integrative Semiconductor Materials (CISM) has a maximum delay time of 7 ns. We wish to upgrade this to have a time range of at least 500 μs with <1 ns resolution without sacrificing the spectral width of detection (350 nm – 1600 nm).
