Registration Transformation Programme

As part of delivering this transformation programme, Social Care Wales are looking for a suitably skilled Supplier to support with the initial phases of the benefits management lifecycle.The Supplier is required to use a collaborative approach to provide support in identifying and quantifying the benefits of the transformation programme.The Supplier will develop a benefits map, a benefits profile and a template benefits realisation plan.
