Provision of Cycle Hangars

Cardiff Council are proposing to undertake a procurement exercise for the provision of on street cycle hangars with parking spaces to be rented to members of the public. Cardiff Council has secured capital funds to purchase the cycle hangars but are looking to run a concession contract for the provider to deliver the service.
