The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) requires the Kitchen, bathroom, wet room, heating and electrics upgrades and associated works to eight (8) various properties in the Vale of Glamorgan (“the Works”).The Works are required on a total of eight (8) properties consisting of Four (4 No.)1- & 2-bedroom bungalows, One (1 No.) 2 bedroom flat, One (1 No.) 2 bedroom house, and Two (2 No.) 3 bedroom houses to ensure compliance with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (“WHQS”).
