National Library Wales Evaluation and Audience Research Services

The National Library of Wales is seeking to procure a suitable provider of research and evaluation services to establish an appropriate audience research and evaluation methodology on behalf of the National Library, providing an insight into our current audience engagement and reach, as well as setting out a framework of how this can be repeated on an annual basis to benchmark our performance.
