The Vale of Glamorgan Council (VoGC) are seeking to appoint a contractor to manage and oversee the planned works at the site known as Olive Lodge, Barry.Works are for the redevelopment of Olive Lodge, Port Rd, Barry into 10 new state of the art 1 Bed Studio Apartments (“the Services”).
