Ucheldre Phase 1 Repairs and Renewals: Space for 21st Century Well-being

Ucheldre has nearly completed Stage 4 for a newbuild extension to the existing Listed Building which is used as an arts centre. As there is a tight deadline to complete all the works by March 2025, Ucheldre has split the construction into 2 Phases. Phase 1 is to get ahead with the Repairs and Renewal of the existing building to be followed by Phases 2a, 2b, and 2c which will involve the Newbuild facilities.
