The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to undertake the role of Quantity Surveying / Project Management Consultancy Services Associated with the Renovation and Refurbishment of Council Properties.The work is to include the clearance of existing services and fittings and the fitting of new services.
