Provision of Medical Assessments (Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards)

HDUHB, in its role as a Supervisory Body under the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (“DoLS”), is required to commission assessors in response to requests for DoLS Authorisations from its Managing Authorities.
