Conwy County Borough Council (hereinafter referred to as the Client) required a study into flooding at Morfa Drive Conwy.At this location, flooding emerged twice a day from a watercourse manhole during some spring tides to flood a section of highway, obstructing one of the gates to a secondary school, flooding two private gardens, and adversely impacting on the adjacent Dwr Cymru Welsh Water (DCWW) Pumping Station.
