Evaluation of Team Around the Family Model

Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council wish to conduct an independent evaluation of their newly implemented Team Around the Family (TAF model), which is integrated as part of the local Early Help Hub and part of the national Families First Programme.It would be beneficial to evaluate the quality, effectiveness and outcomes of the new model, as well as how it connects to other pathways that support families within the Local Authority and local schools.
