The Penllergare Trust was formed in 2000 to protect and conserve an important picturesque woodland in Swansea whilst engaging local people in its care. We play an advocacy role for its wildlife and have implemented many biodiversity projects.Incorporating the top four rarest habitats in the Swansea region we play host to otters, badger, kingfishers, salmon, and a wide variety of rare trees and plants.
