Gwynedd Council is looking for a provider to supply an off-the-shelf system for Gwynedd Library Service to control access to and monitor PCs in Public Access Suites, Wi-Fi Printing Solution and Self-service solution on 3 Bibliotheca Kiosk in 3 different locations.
